Getting
pregnant, childbirth, and then raising a child is a
life-changing experience for a woman but at the same time
it can also mean a new set of challenges; lack of time for
herself and her partner, undesirable changes in her body (sagging,
weight gain, etc.), and
financial pressures. Imagine having twins or more
babies? In other words, the problems can get magnified. In
this article, let us discuss how can a woman (and her
partner) have a good life after having twins.

Manage your time smartly
Addition
of a baby can completely upset a family's schedule if
proper planning is not done. A woman who fails to
effectively plan her day will find out that not only does
she have time for her partner, friends, and family, she
may not even have time for herself. Here are a few tips to
manage your time better:
- Have a schedule for the babies. You
will be amazed how easily the children adapt to a
schedule.
- Make the best use of the time that
you have available by prioritizing. And do not forget to
find time for yourself - all the way from
working out
to
skincare to shopping and
making love to your partner.
- Seek help of others around you. Teach
your husband/partner to share tasks. Asks friends and
family member for help and exchange chores like
babysitting.
Get your body back
During
pregnancy, a woman's body undergoes significant
changes. Unless you follow a proper
weight loss and fitness plan after pregnancy,
the fat will simply stay there, changing your body
forever. So do not use the
excuse of
not having enough time to not work out or
overeat because you are
breastfeeding your child. (Related:

Make time for your relationship
A busy
schedule may sap any woman's energy to
make love. Research shows that
women who fail to please their men often find that
their
husbands have found a lover - it is so easy to do that
online these days. The key is not to wait till the end
of the day to
make love - do it whenever you get a chance (even if
it is the first thing you do in the morning).
And
finally, ask your partner for
his support by sharing responsibilities of raising twins.
If you tell a man what to do to help, chances are he will
do it.
