Mojito, without alcohol
Recipe for making mojito at home

 

What to do when you have guests who can not drink alcohol?  Maybe Paris Hilton.  In fact we suggest that in every party you should serve at least one non-alcoholic drink and insist that the designated drivers skip alcoholic drinks.  Here is a simple recipe to make mojito at home and is enough for 4 servings. (Other drinks recipes:  Mango bellini recipe, and  energy drink with healthy ingredients)

3 limes juices and four slices to decorate
3 Tbs of fresh mint leaves and more to decorate
Dark sugar or artificial sweeter
About 24 ounces of water
Ice

Process

Mix the lime juice with water and sugar. Press the mint leaves to extract a little bit of their juice (essential oil) and mix it. If you want extra mint flavor, you may add mint extract or if you are familiar with cooking with essential oils you may add a few drops of mint essential oil.  Serve with ice and decorate with the mint leaves.
