For those of us who would rather not show our navel rings, an A-line dress and matching coat are the most suitable option.

If you are big-chested and have
big hips too and do not want to
draw undue attention to your curves, a medium-length, double-breasted suit disguises

chest and hips. On the other hand if you want to disguise just your
chest, try a cropped jacket that can de-emphasize your bust and draw attention to your waist.
