Since
we first highlighted the fact that the average
chest size has grown over last three decades among women of certain age
groups and ethnicities, we have had a surge of requests from
small-chested women who would like to find out if they can learn anything to
increase their
chest size.
Another major outcome of our research was that millions of flat-chested women actually continue to enjoy life and are even
proud of them. And so are millions of
men who love these
women. Our findings were eventually published in form of an
e-book. (Related article: Frequently
asked question by small-breasted women)
We
want to emphasize that what has happened in is not
an outcome of any preplanned or deliberate efforts by women anywhere.
Chest size (like hair/eye/skin color) is determined by genetics
alone and there is nothing that can be done to influence it, particularly
after the chest is fully developed (which typically happens in
late teens when the chest stops growing).
The other factor that can influence chest size is diet
since that has a direct correlation to weight and amount of
fat in the
body (breast tissue is mostly fat). Our
diet has gone through some remarkable changes during the last fifty years – from
a diet that was rather modest to a diet that is very rich in fat and
processed carbohydrates that eventually convert to fats.

For
all those women who regularly write to us asking for the secret on how to
increase chest size, or get it firmer and tighter, or about exercises
and food to increase chest size, our answer is –
be happy with what you have and
there is not much you can do to increase your current size.
While crooks all over the world continue to sell products to
increase chest size, the reality is that the current science does not yet
have any solution to increasing chest size (with the exception of plastic
surgery that can give excellent and permanent results).
It is, therefore, a waste of time and money to use creams, lotions,
gels, and pills and we
strongly discourage our members from using these products.
In addition to that, these products can have harmful side effects.
The
Federal Trade Commission in
the United States, asked several manufacturers of these products that they
should stop making unsubstantiated claims in their ads and
infomercials. The only exception, however, is
acupuncture that has been successfully used to increase the breast
size by one cup size. (Related article: Breast

chest size, and to some extent, Brava
System has been found to be effective in increasing breast size

There
is no totally healthy and safe ways to increase chest size
Since
most of the women who write to us already have fully grown chests (they
stop growing after 20 in most cases), there is not much that can be done.
Putting on some weight can help because it adds some extra fat to
the chest also. However, a
word of caution here – exercise is
very important while going on a fat-rich diet.
If the fat ends up on the waist, it will have disastrous results
because the body will look even flatter.

This is not a guaranteed solution since some people may
not put on weight but end up having higher cholesterol in their blood as a
consequence. There is also a
risk that fat will not go where you wish it would and instead ends up giving you
an uglier body than you had before. (Related article: Women

Does
size matter?
Apparently
it does and more to women than men. Surprisingly
enough, most men that like small-chested women indicate that their
small chests are a reason for their
attraction.
However, still women all over the world keep asking us about what they
can do to increase their chest size. So we see a big disconnect
here: there are millions of folks out there that are literally
made for each other but can not get together since there is an information
gap (read our article on how to meet
people that you like and those that will like you).

In
general, however, most men seem to have a distinct
preference for larger
breasts but that does not mean that they would accept or reject a woman
only on the basis of her chest size.
What that means is that in terms of
attracting men, size of chest
plays an insignificant role, though it appears from the statements of
women, that they feel that having good sized chest makes them feel more
confident when trying to attract
men. Several women are, however,
quite offended by the society's obsession with chest size. Jade
writes, "I think that small is beautiful but our culture's obsession
with large chests is really making me feel like sh*t. The more TV I
watch, and whenever I flip through my boyfriend's FHM or
Maxim, I really
start to feel like sh*t. I'm skinny - 32A-24-33". What's
the obsession with this unrealistic chest size? I think that
marketing is pushing it because something unrealistic and unattainable
will always be of interest. Regardless of how much it can hurt a
young woman's self esteem, or how it can make men's expectations for women
more and more UNREALISTIC. A cups can also be beautiful!!!!!!"(Related

Scientifically
speaking, size of chest has no bearing whatsoever on a woman’s
capability to either enjoy sex or look attractive.
In fact, large chests can sometimes present problems during later
years – they sag and can also cause back problems. Karen Fowler, a
small woman with small breasts, does not really feel that her chest is her
asset. "I have to say that having a large chest has made
me feel less attractive than anything else on my body! Go figure. You see,
if you are large chested, you either look like a tramp or a tent. I
wish I had a small chest, perhaps then my shirts would stay buttoned, my back wouldn't hurt, and
truck drivers/construction workers would not feel so comfortable hitting
on me," she tells us. (Related article: How

Our
position has always been that both women and men should not assign too
much importance to chest size and instead look at the whole package.
The personality of the woman, the attitude of giving and caring, and the
romance that comes with the relationship are far more important than just
what cup size she has. (Related article: What
