Chest
massage for women
You
need it for a healthy body and firm breasts
We
get dozens of emails every day from women (or people who care about women
in their lives) who are concerned about their chests in one way or the
other. As you can
probably guess, many of these women (and men in their lives) wish to have
larger breasts size. We have tried
to emphasize repeatedly that it is impossible to increase
the size even by small amounts (except of course, by resorting
to a breast
augmentation surgical procedure or trying
something like the Brava system). Since breast size is largely determined by one’s genes (and
to a limited extent by eating habits when you are growing up), nothing can be done by grown-up women after
they are fully developed.
But you can take better care to have them firm and perky for a long
time. (Related:
Increase breast size through diet and exercise)

One of the most important items is a
self-massage. Oriental women have done such massages for centuries in the hot
water springs (sadly, the modesty standards of modern times have almost
destroyed this practice). This
massage has been mentioned in the ancient medical texts of Ayurveda
(Hindu medicine dating back to the Iron Age).
The massage acts as a means to beautify, encourage a
delightful shape, for greater comfort, and deeper therapeutic reasons. Ayurveda
teaches that massage over and
around the breast
tissues improves or helps maintain health in all parts of
female reproductive tissue as well as assisting in hormonal
balancing.

Technique
Make
sure you are comfortable, and feel safe. Find a private place so that you
can make it a physical and spiritual moment.
It is easiest to perform self-massage with a light lubricant, such
as a massage
oil. You
can also put a breast massage mask
prior to the massage. Self-massage
can be done lying down, or sitting in a comfortable position – whatever
works for you.
Using
the hand opposite the one to be massaged, begin by gently applying
moderate pressure - circular strokes radiating out from the center and
working into the underarm area as well as the center of the
chest
(sternum). You can spread your oil in this manner.
Move
your fingers around in a gentle motion. You can do this by
lubricating your fingers with a little bit of oil to make the motion
easier.
Gently
massage by kneading each one, using lifting and slight compressive
movements. Include moderate pressure compressions to move out the stagnant
fluids. You may also gently twist each one, using both
hands, in a wringing motion.
Use
the flat underside of your fingers with a broad contact to gently, but
firmly, scoop and lift the tissues beginning from the underarm area and
moving in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction, with medium pressure
directed toward the center. Massage the whole circumference of each one in this manner.
Conclude
by applying light touch to the center, smoothing the tissue away from the
center. Breath fully. Relax by drinking a cool glass of water.
